There are 17-20 species of hurt alive todayโฃ
all of which live in the southern half of the heartโฃ
Just before taking flight in the body, it releases numbnessโฃ
from our rusted feathers to transform itself into painโฃ
Most hurt swims in the body at a meagre paceโฃ
but the fastest hurt can reach top speeds of 22 mphโฃ
Usually a consequence of heartbreakโฃ
โฃ
The earliest known hurt fossil was found 66 million years agoโฃ
About 4-5 million years after the earth could process theโฃ
death of dinosaurs we understood that hurt is felt in slow motionโฃ
Hurt is a carnivore that feeds on pride, ego, ignorance and other vicesโฃ
that it catches while swimming in the cesspool of being inhumanโฃ
But once a year hurt experiences a catastrophic moult โฃ
which is simply the shedding of our defences into utter vulnerabilityโฃ
โฃ
Of the 5 species of hurt, the most endangered one isโฃ
the hurt caused by the utter vulnerabilityโฃ
When love shapes the history of a person into painโฃ
the arteries block to not open up to any new stories at allโฃ
But it fails to realise that hurt is humanโฃ
Love is the answer and it is at the core of the species of being hurtโฃโฃ
So the first step to the survival of love is the acceptance of the survival of hurt
NaPoWriMo Day 24: Todayโs (optional) prompt is a fun one. Find a factual article about an animal. A Wikipedia article or something from National Geographic would do nicely โ just make sure it repeats the name of the animal a lot. Now, go back through the text and replace the name of the animal with something else โ it could be something very abstract, like โsadnessโ or โmy heart,โ or something more concrete, like โthe streetlight outside my window that wonโt stop blinking.โ
Chose this insightful article about penguins on the Smithsonian Magazine and I was surprised at the efficacy of this plot. Made me think about an abstract concept like hurt in wondrous mind expanding ways. Hope you like it too.

Well… Heg love is the reason why we are hurting and hurt is the same reason we are loving so the extinction of hurt that episode will only happen once love has extinct.
