A great writer lives to pose a question
on why things are the way they are
An eternal idea is their elusive muse
How stands in way
of what is still vague
The journey, pathless for
truth
The end, a beginning
of living
The purpose, to know
you
The answer, deceptively simple
why?

As pure coincidence, or you can call it the algorithm’s trickery, I found this video where Richard Feymann explains the importance of asking ‘why?’. Just goes to show how far you can reach by simply asking this question to things that enchant you. If you are curious, then never stop asking why.

Ok wow, you continue to just blow me away! I am absolutely in awe of this poem, it’s beyond amazing. I really love the first part, especially the first line…and then I read the second stanza and loved it even more. Just WOW, Rahul. Your work gets better and better 🖤🤍🤗

Haha you could say that since it took a lot of work for me to simplify it in the manner you see now 💫

I’m glad you simplified it. I was able to grasp its meaning without reading it three times this time! Hah!

Haha so many people are saying it. I hope you are finding new meanings while reading thrice and not clarity 😛 But yes I’ll be mindful to keep it simple yet full of meaning!

It is beautiful Rahul. I had written I post on it too long back and covered it in my book too – What we are doing in important but Why is always more important.
Stay blessed 😊🤗

What seems to be pathless is what is intriguing. LOL.

“I maintain that Truth is a pathless land, and you cannot approach it by any path whatsoever, by any religion, by any sect. That is my point of view, and I adhere to that absolutely and unconditionally. Truth, being limitless, unconditioned, unapproachable by any path whatsoever, cannot be organized; nor should any organization be formed to lead or to coerce people along any particular path. If you first understand that, then you will see how impossible it is to organize a belief. A belief is purely an individual matter, and you cannot and must not organize it. If you do, it becomes dead, crystallized; it becomes a creed, a sect, a religion, to be imposed on others” – J. Krishnamurti

I think the greatest poems are those written with the fewest words but which contain the most meaning. I loved this one!! I’ve watched as sisters and friends grew up and left their curiosity behind but I kept mine, and I believe it’s curiosity which feeds my creativity.
