Can you seize all of life
If you push yourself all the way through?
I have been trying to manifest
a world that brews inside me every day
a story that my vessel has been chosen for
Yet I feel defeated every day
When I believe the belief
That I am not ready
Who is really ready
When they push the red button
And throw themselves in the deep end
At the point of no return
I have been hesitating
Looking for inspiration
It passes me by each day
Yet I return every morning with hope
Maybe this is the day

This is incredibly powerful and relatable. That tension between the vast world brewing inside you and the daily feeling of “not being ready” is something so many of us grapple with, and you’ve captured it with stunning clarity.
The imagery of the “red button” and the “deep end” is so vivid—it perfectly encapsulates that leap of faith every creation demands. But the most beautiful, hopeful part is the ending: “Yet I return every morning with hope.” That isn’t defeat; that’s the quiet, persistent courage of an artist and a dreamer. Your vessel is being prepared exactly as it needs to be. Thank you for sharing this piece of your journey.

This means a lot Srikanth. To be read by you all and then some of you actually take the time to let the poetry unravel. Keeps my vessel going!

It hits the exact tension between the internal vision and the external act of bringing it to life.

I totally get that. It seems like that tension is a necessary part of the process—the feeling of defeat is just the resistance right before the breakthrough. Glad you pushed through it! 💐
