Make me believe in ecstasy
I am tired of not being seen
in anything other than misery
Show me the magic you see every day
So I can see things I can’t perceive
I want to be able to want
and find a passion to burn,
a wind to blow and a storm to fall
Rare words to fall back on
Interventions that I follow through on
Challenges that open up my mind
Relinquishing my habits of disbelief
All to discover the inertia for my superior soul
If I find it all, I’ll find it when I can learn to fall
I’ll find it all if after falling I find the energy
inside of me to not accept defeat and just crawl
Apologies for being AWOL, been recovering from a health problem. I will be regular again from now on and can’t wait to read all the writings I have missed.
