If youβre asking for a lot from the worldβ£
Itβll always take what you think is yoursβ£
Until you realise what you thoughtβ£
wasnβt what you ever possessedβ£
Even thoughts become meaninglessβ£
in the river of emotions and epiphaniesβ£
When the current of that river is rapidβ£
you still lose some of it while tryingβ£
to capture it in the web of thoughtsβ£
β£
Ashes of knowledge take time to β£
become one with the earth or airβ£
It returns in the sky for someoneβ£ else
to think itβs theirs to keep and hideβ£
Until they also realise its fleeting natureβ£
and simply begin to really listenβ£ to the mind
letting every thought reach its placeβ£
The mind becomes silent here β£
The soul reveals its place in that silence

Those last two lines, WOW!!! This whole piece is truly amazing, Rahul. You had me at the title and I deeply loved each line. The meaning and divinity is so powerful. Well done π€π€
